7 YouTube Channels That Will Get You Fit During Quarantine

With the official start of summer, the desire to be physically fit and achieve that “beach body” (whatever it is) is at a seasonal high. Whether due to the general decrease in clothing worn or the soaring temperatures that do everything uncomfortable, people want to look good and feel good.

Unfortunately, for all of us late to the gym game (those who haven’t quite followed through on those New Year’s resolutions but have big plans to smash them next year), that coveted summer body isn’t a big deal. may not yet be a reality. So what are you doing? Do you get a gym membership and promise to go every morning right before you overspend on a photo-worthy acai bowl?

Maybe. But honestly? Probably not.

Why? Well, one, these gyms are just too hot for a mid-July workout. And two, regardless of what many popular gym chains may want their members to believe, “bullying” is very real and very wretched. No one wants to walk into a gym after a long winter avoiding doing just that, only to stick to the nearest cardio machine and hope for the best.

Enter YouTube, the savior of anyone who hates the gym. We dug through the masses and found 7 channels that specialize in delivering a full body workout from the comfort of your own home, so sit back – don’t relax – and sweat it out. Get in touch with these 7 workout channels and energize your body for a summer body!
