You can’t decide how pretty you are going to look today. I mean, of course you don’t need makeup to look pretty, but the extra pump of self-esteem would help.
There are actually a lot of simple things you can do with makeup in 10 minutes or less. You can look simple, but have that pop that will set you apart from your friends at school. You don’t need all the special and expensive products to make you look good. All you need at most is lipstick, mascara, eyeliner, blush and eye shadow. No foundation, no concealer, no primer, no highlighter, no cream. The goal is to be gorgeous in less than 10 minutes. And if anyone can do it, it’s you!
Only lipstick
For the lipstick look alone, it’s exactly how it looks. You choose the color that best matches your skin tone and/or your mood. If you don’t have much time, you can just apply lipstick to add that simple touch to your face. This is a look that will take about 30 seconds. 30 seconds to be pretty enough to get on the bus with your friends.
Lipstick and eyeliner
This one is also exactly as it sounds. You add the eyeliner in the style you want. It can be just the eyelids. It may be winged. This may be another cool style you’ve seen on YouTube. Do it as you see fit. And then add the lipstick color of your choice.
The eyeliner adds an extra boldness to your eyes which draws even more attention to your face. This will make your eyes stand out and the lipstick will look even bolder. And this look can be done in less than 5 minutes.
Lipstick, eyeliner and mascara
This can take around 5-7 minutes. This of course depends on how fancy you want to do your eyeliner or what type of mascara you use. But this one is also an incredibly simple look that just keeps getting bolder and bolder.
First you do your eyeliner. Do it however you want depending on your mood, your outfit or your event. You then choose your mascara. You can use just a basic mascara. Or you can choose a specialized one. Some make your lashes fuller, some longer, and some thicker. But the mascara is, anyway, very quick to apply. Then, of course, you add the lipstick of your choice.
Depending on your skin tone, you might want to go lighter or bolder when adding mascara to the mix. But, of course, that is entirely up to you.
Lipstick, eyeliner, mascara and eye shadow
Ordering this one is a little tricky. This one can take between 5 and 8 minutes depending on the complexity you choose to create this look.
First, you’ll start with your eyeshadow. Choose a color that complements your skin tone, face shape, eye shape, hair color, outfit and/or event. You can make it as neutral or as bold as you want. But eyeshadow is the base for the rest of your look.
Once the eyeshadow is done, you will add your eyeliner. As always, tailor it however you like to suit your unique personality. Then add your mascara. This concludes the eye part of any look you would do. Then, to wrap it up, add the lipstick.
Now that you’ve added eyeshadow, you might want to coordinate your lipstick color with your eyes. You can give it the same color, opposite colors, or just a color that goes well with the eyeshadow. Either way, do what makes you feel like you.

This one will almost certainly take close to the full 10 minutes. But this look will be worth it.
Do the full eye makeup of the last look. Eye shadow, eyeliner and mascara.
But before doing the lipstick, you have one more thing to do. The blush. The purpose of Blush is to bring out any prominent features in your face. Such as your cheekbones, nose, chin, forehead, etc. Choose a blush that will complement your skin tone. Many people choose a neutral color to make it stand out a bit more. But many people also do a red or pink color to make you look like you’re constantly blushing. Hence the name. But make sure it doesn’t clash with any other colors you add to your look.
Then, of course, you complete your look with lipstick. People often make their lipstick bolder when adding lipstick. Especially if the blush is red or pink. But, as always, you’re doing your sister. You are beautiful no matter what look you choose.

So many girls think they have to buy all the expensive brand name products to have good makeup. Personally, I use makeup from dollar stores and Walmart for almost all of my looks. I’m not even good at makeup, so I don’t feel the need to go out and buy expensive makeup. But these are my personal priorities. Your priorities might be different.
