What is detox?
Detoxification is defined as the body expending this energy to cleanse itself of toxins, repair its cells, and rejuvenate itself by shutting down digestion, which is the body’s most energy-intensive process, by eating only liquid. In this way, the immune system is strengthened and excess weight and water is eliminated from the body. If you continue to eat regularly after the detox program and at regular intervals, you may be more resistant to disease. As we all start the week with a busy schedule on Monday, we recommend doing this detox day on Tuesday. If you say, “I can’t stand liquid-only diets,” you might prefer the chewable options. But you must always proceed in the same direction. You should not eat one liquid meal and one solid meal.

Prepare for detox
Pay attention to these for your detox to be successful:
– Our detox will continue from noon on a chosen day until the same time the next day. In other words, if the detox starts at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, it will end at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday. – If you are doing a liquid detox, you should not chew anything, not even gum! – Grain-free vegetable soups are limitless! It’s much better if you prefer oil-free, salt-free and homemade ones. – Unlimited freshly squeezed vegetable juice (cucumber, tomato, celery) and freshly squeezed fruit juice (apple, grapefruit, pomegranate). Do not choose orange juice. – You should drink at least 3 liters of water within 24 hours. – You can consume as much herbal tea as you want during the day. Coffee, black tea and acidic drinks are strictly prohibited. – You must go to bed by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. You can relax with a hot shower or soft music beforehand. If you want, you can spend a quiet evening reading a book without turning on the TV. – Drink 1 to 2 glasses of freshly squeezed vegetable or fruit juice when you wake up the next morning. – You can have as much vegetable soup as you want until noon.

Breakfast
Start your day with 2 large glasses of water.
Liquid detox: A glass of freshly squeezed fruit or vegetable juice.
Solid detox: A light breakfast with tomatoes, cucumbers, olives or green olives.

Lunch
Liquid Detox: A vegetable soup made with mixed vegetables.
Solid detox: A big salad. You can put tomatoes, spinach, arugula in it. You can add olive oil and lemon to it.

Having dinner
You must have dined before sunset!
Liquid detox: Soup or vegetable juice.
Solid detox: Salad, vegetable dish with olive oil or grilled fish.

Snacks
Carrot, cucumber, 1–2 fruits, fruit or vegetable juice.

detox soup
Material:
1 large celery (with leaves)
1 large red onion
1 large potato
150g fresh ginger
1 medium carrot
3 heads of garlic
3 kale leaves
100g white cabbage
50g rosemary (fresh)
2 tablespoons dried mint
2 tablespoons dried parsley
2 rocket roots
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons of thyme

Preparation of:
Grate the vegetables after having washed them very well. Except for potatoes, you can grate them with their skin. Finely chop the celery leaves, black cabbage and white cabbage. Put the prepared ingredients in a medium saucepan and add boiling water to fill the saucepan. Boil a saucepan and leave for 1 hour. Then take the pulpy grains out of the pot. Add the juice from the pulp to the soup. You can also add spices and fresh lemon juice if you like.
