Why is everyone so obsessed with subscription boxes?

What are subscription boxes?

There’s no doubt that 2020 has been expensive for everyone, but at least we had our monthly boxes to look forward to. Once you subscribe to a subscription box, you receive new products every month. It can be anything from different coffee to new books to clothes. We believe subscription boxes are a smart marketing strategy that keeps customers looking forward and looking forward to receiving their new box each month.

Reasons to try subscription boxes

1. They can be customized according to one’s preferences.

Subscription box companies offer a wide range of products for their customers to choose from. You can choose the products you like and leave the rest. They can also provide a preference in box size, whether you want a two-product box, a three-product box, or maybe more than that.

2. Home delivery

Every month the boxes are delivered to your doorstep, so you don’t have to go to the market and buy what you need. Just place an order for the box, and it will be delivered to you. And if you get the monthly subscription all at once, you just have to pay upfront and be ready to receive the boxes every month.

3. Easy cancellation

If you change your mind about the box, you can easily cancel it and get your money back. There are many online stores where customers find it difficult to make cancellations, but when it comes to subscription boxes, the cancellation process is hassle-free. But keep in mind that some stores may charge cancellation fees.

4. Unpredictability

Some subscription boxes don’t provide any preview of the products they include in a particular box, making it a surprise when the box arrives. And the unpredictability makes the customer more impatient to receive the box.

Disadvantages of subscription boxes

1. Expensive

There’s no doubt that subscription boxes can be a bit pricey, but in my opinion they’re a better option than going to the markets and getting what you want when you can easily have it delivered to residence. So I think the price is totally worth the products you receive. Some stores even provide an option where you can select the size of the box you want to receive ranging from small to large boxes and the prices vary for the same.

2. Can be addictive

Remembering my personal experience, I can tell you that this is 100% true. Subscription boxes can be super addictive. It’s like, even if you don’t like the items in the box during a particular month, you still want to buy them. And the joy of receiving and peacefully unboxing is something that can’t be matched, so we won’t blame you if you get addicted to buying subscription boxes.
