First preparation
To create different shapes on your nails, clean an old nail polish brush with acetone and thin it out on both sides with scissors. Because you can create shapes more easily with a fine tip brush. Keep a cotton swab and acetone with you to clean nail polish that gets on your nails. When creating each new shape, be sure to clean your fine tip brush with acetone or the colors will blend.
